Safety edges, also called safety strips, or resistive edges, protect users from closing gaps on gates. These safety products are the easiest and most reliable way for a gate system to achieve En12453 standards.
If you gate isn’t fitted with safety edges it will probably need them installing Our safety edges use 8K2 resistive technology to make sure that they fail safe in case of water ingress or broken cables. All edges are length adjustable making them the engineers favourites being the quickest simplest edges to install.
