Multi Control Mechanical safety edge is an 8K2 resistive device where micro-switches are held within an aluminium structure. The edge has a rubber surround with an flexible internal foam which acts as a cushion on impact.
The cushion allows the edge to react to side impacts as well as inline. The micro-switches are positioned to allow easy adjustment of length by up to 400 mm.
Simple to install and wire into existing circuits. Cut to size in with a hacksaw in one minute, fit three clips on to the gate, clip in place and then when wired fix the end caps with two screws.
