On his death the founder son in 2012, ownership of the company was passed to the Archdiocese of Bologna. The Catholic church own and run the business to this day.
- Came Gate Automation. Came were entered the gate automation business making electromechanical motors instead of hydraulics reducing the cost and expanding the market. Came are still a major force in the gate automation industry.
